What information do I need to bring for a new home construction estimate?
To provide an accurate estimate, we'll need a complete set of blueprints or architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and structural details. Information about your preferred exterior and interior finishes is also very helpful.
Do you estimate the entire house package or just the framing lumber?
We can estimate the entire building material package! This typically includes framing lumber, roof trusses, exterior sheathing, siding, roofing, exterior doors, and windows. We can also include interior trim and millwork if requested.
How long does it take to get an estimate back for a custom home?
Due to the complexity and detail required for a full custom home material takeoff, our experienced estimators generally need 1 to 2 weeks to complete a comprehensive and accurate quote.
